Shipping FAQ

• Thank you for shopping Pink Antler Supply.
• All orders are shipped within 2-3 days via USPS. There is a flat rate fee of $6 on all orders.  Orders over $100 have free shipping. Additional charges may apply for international orders.
• You will be provided a tracking number upon the time of shipping to the email you provide at check out. Please check your spam or add us to your email. Keep in mind Yahoo and Gmail sometimes will not allow email to be sent to your inbox.
• If an item is out of stock, please sign up for a notification email when the item is back in stock.

Returns FAQ

• Returns for defective dies are accepted in exchange for a new die of the same style. If die is out of stock, you may receive store credit.
• We except returns for store credit ONLY if the die is in opened and shipped back within 5 business days. 
• You are responsible for shipping an item back to us at your cost and pay shipping to resend.
